Visited today to pick up a part from Fred Martin's. First time there. Dealership was clean, attractive, and everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. Scott and Brian in the service center agreed to install the part (rear windshield wiper assembly - not just the blade) on the spot even though we didn't have an appointment. I will definitely return there for future service visits.

Every time I go there to get my oil changed or tires rotated or both the staff is always very friendly an the manager always goes over an beyond his job to make sure I got everything done I needed done an also answer any questions I may have I well not go anywhere else even when my free oil changes run out I still travel to Norton to have them do it for me an I live in Mogadore an I have a oil change at the end of my road an I still choose to come here
