Shopping experience was overall positive. We found the Jeep online and after test driving, knew it was something we wanted to buy. Upfront pricing helped us know the cost to expect and the discounts we qualified for. We already had an offer on our car we were going to trade in elsewhere and this dealer beat that offer by a few hundred, which we did not expect. Also, during the buy process, we ended up with a finance rate much lower than expected as well, which was a plus! If there was any area for improvement, I would say it would be with the financing and paperwork process. We ended up with very few copies of signed paperwork and we did not notice what was included in our packet until we got home. Had to call for copies so we could cancel our warranty on the vehicle being traded in. Shoutout to our salesman Dave who helped us thru the process.

Fast service. I had my car towed to Fred Martin from my home. I was constantly notified via text about the status of my vehicle repairs. When I called in they connected me to service immediately. When my Grand Cherokee was ready, they came and picked me up from my home and brought me to Fred Martin. I got my vehicle without delay. It was parked outside waiting for me. Fred Martin is the best. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about six months ago. I will say the customer service was great during the buying process. Unfortunately, that's where my positive experience ended. Less than 90 days after buying the car, I had to spend $1,900 on repairs. Then about 30 days later, the car started having problems again and would randomly shut off. After already paying for those repairs, I was told the battery had a bad cell that apparently didn't show up during the earlier diagnostic testing. That's now costing me another $400. What makes this even more disappointing is that I previously bought a vehicle from a Fred Martin dealership and never had a single issue. That's why I felt comfortable purchasing from this location. Unfortunately, I later learned that this dealership is not owned by the same Fred Martin, and my experience has been completely different. The biggest lesson I've learned is to read the reviews before making a purchase. This vehicle has been a problem since the month I bought it. Once I signed the paperwork, I felt like I was on my own. Yes, I called the dealership and let them know what was happening, but they offered nothing to help with the inconvenience or the repair costs. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but this car was fairly new, and I find it hard to believe it was thoroughly inspected before being sold. At this point, I feel like I've been sold a problem instead of a reliable vehicle. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews before making my purchase. Because as I read them people has stated this. Not to mention i still haven't had it 6 months but I will continue to spread the word I will post on Facebook and instagram

Between the wait and the oil change itself, it took approximately two hours for the whole thing to be over with. Additionally, while getting the oil change, the employees performing the change were screwing around and acting without any urgency, despite having several people waiting in line throughout the two hours, making the wait even longer

Bill King was amazing. We went to get a specific truck, walked through the lot and found out it was sold the evening before. He walked us through the other options and I had picked out a truck. Parked it out front. Before we started the paperwork my wife asked if she could just see online the rest of the inventory, and a blue f250 caught her eye. I was already sold on what I picked but Bill said "let's just go have a look", "Satisfy her curiosity". While walking back from the 250 that I didnt want we passed a Rebel i didnt notice before, he saw me looking at it and starting telling me about the features. Soon as I opened the door I knew that was my truck. I think we were there for 5 hours and he was energetic and excited to find the right truck for us. He really was a tremendous service member.

I’ve never felt more comfortable in all of my years of getting cars than I did with Rob today. He is exceptional and very good at what he does.

Im.not sure what to say here. The store asked me to leave a review. My daughter had an appt. When we got there, they didnt have it on their schedule. We even asked for the person we were told to ask for. Then the next day after her computer was reset, her camera was going in and out still, and her check engine light came on.
