We just bought a car from here yesterday and it was amazing! Brandon Slone helped us the whole way and he was great! We live an hour away, so it was wonderful that Brandon helped up via email and text all week so when we got in we could get in and out! Would totally recommend them to anyone! This is my second Ram 1500 from Fred Martin. Lonnie Murdock is awesome to work with! The first purchase, I knew exactly what I wanted but this time, I wasn’t sure and as usual Lonnie was very patient and had great advice. I finally decided on which truck was best for me and Lonnie held over for 2 hrs on a Thursday so that I could take my truck home that day! That kind of service is hard to find today. Fred Martin parts and service are awesome to work with as well. I highly recommend this dealership!

These guys and joey have done a really good job getting everything fixed, situated and getting me back with my truck. Did a great job on my oil change but wish there was someone to direct you where to go in line. I was waiting patiently and another patron blasted right by me in line so they would get service first. Jackie was very nice and they did offer to have the other guy pull out since I had been waiting and he chose to go around me. I guess it’s more of an issue with entitled people, but clear instruction of what bay to pull into would alleviate this.
