Our family just purchased a car yesterday from Zack! He was very polite, funny, knowledgeable, and all around great guy to deal with! We had our 4 year old with us and he got her coloring pages and a hot wheels car to take home! He even came in on his day off to help us finalize our purchase! Had a great experience, started with the pre approval on line while looking for a truck. Dealt with Mike Trissel on a used Ram 2500. He ended up finding me a better loan rate than what I had online. Rob Zabel is an exceptional part of the staff at Fred Martin! He was exactly who I needed when I was in desperate need of a new car, he was respectful of my budget and got me into exactly what I needed! That was 2020, and now in 2026 he is still an exceptional part of the staff, I have since got another vehicle thru him, and even when I was struggling to communicate with the service department and their new tech glitches this past weekend, he was able and willing to help me out and get me the service department in contact with me! He always delivers 5+ star service, and I am very grateful to have his knowledge and expertise when buying a vehicle (or having one I already purchased serviced)! The service department was implementing a new AI system that was less exceptional to try to navigate, but their service and work they did was 5+ stars, and they recognized their was a problem and already had a plan to work out some of the glitches in their tech system. Which I appreciated their honesty and willingness to admit that they were struggling with their new system and working on fixing it.

While we didn't end up buying a car here i still think this place is 5 stars. I went here with my roomate to get them a new truck and they eventually had second guesses and backed out of the whole car trade deal. We didnt back out due to any fault of the salesperson whatsoever or a lack of vehicles. This was our first experience buying a car out of state and it’s been amazing. The process was simple and smooth. Both assisted me after I dealt with a financial set back into purchasing a vehicle not only that I could afford but take pride in. I LOVE my car. It has awesome features and low mileage. GAP insurance was included in my payments. My car has heated seats and a heated steering wheel. Fantastic experience. Paul and Alex were soft spoken, helpful and never any pressure. Got Bumper to bumper warranty for 10 years or 100,000 miles. The best Truck purchasing experience I have had in 65 years.

Our Dodge Ram got a flat tire on the highway and we pulled over to this dealership to see if they could help. Although the service department had just closed, Hunter and Ron were SO kind to help us patch up the tire and get us back on the road safely for our long drive. Purchased a new car at this large and very professionally operated dealership. I found it easy to park, shop and arrange a test drive. My needs were a little unusual but the team was very accommodating. Price was fair and almost exactly what I had expected to pay going in. Payment/finance, title and insurance were handled quickly and with none of the nonsense some dealers put you through. I was dealt with courteously throughout. Highly recommended.

When I say I would choose Fred Martins a million times over I mean it. This will be my 4th purchase from them and I also recommended a friend who made a purchase.
