Boyfriend purchased a car yesterday evening, and it was a great experience. Paul, our salesman was very knowledgeable and quick. Amber, the finance woman, was stellar. She has the most soothing voice and demeaner, and explains everything perfectly. What I like most was she talks to you like you're a human, not a $. I recommend her 100%. Paul too! Waiting area was very comfortable too!

Do not buy a car here. Placed a deposit and made an appt with Chris for 8/1 for the following Sat after my deposit. Drove 2 hrs for the appointment to test drive the car that I placed a deposit on. Absolutely awesome experience. Professional courteous speedy thorough. Informed me every step of the way and asked approval before anything was done. Trever was awesome didn’t have the truck I saw on the web because it sold that morning. So figured I wasted an hour drive. After seeing their inventory and Trever gave honest feedback back at the truck I did like he put me in a truck I love more. Everyone was very professional. The only thing was the time I spent in the dealership was extremely long. The financial team did everything they could to get paperwork done but by the time I was seen it was over 3 hours.

He made the car buying experience so much less stressful than I've had previously. When I came to see the truck, he was attentive and found the answer to every question I had. The technician was friendly and helpful, but keeping my vendor 2 1/2 days for a one hour repair was not acceptable. I understand recall work gets pushed to the back, but why schedule the appointment to begin with if you are that busy.
They completed the job and were fair with pricing and follow through. Communication could’ve been better but were responsive when we asked questions

Communication was very poor. Drop my car off at 7:45 AM. It was expecting an update mid afternoon but ended up having to call and mechanic had not even looked at my car would call me back with status of jeep. We had a little issue where I checked in as noted in the text because my advisor was on a customer phone call and I didn’t know I had to still check in with him in person. Once we figured out I wasn’t in the queue Paul and Hunter got my service appointment underway and took care of everything quickly. I always appreciate Fred Martin’s customer service and care. I’m a customer for life!

Fred Martin superstore worked quickly to help me get in a brand new 2026 Jeep compass it was a quick and easy process from the time we got there till the time I drove away it was about 2 1/2 hours Their sales staff and financing department is very friendly and helpful. Outstanding support. Verizon pay expired after 45 days had to be re-issued cause a little bit of a hiccup, but not too much inconvenience. Would’ve been nice to get a heads up prior to it expiring that they wasn’t gonna meet the deadline.

We have had terrible experiences at dealerships in the past. Fred Martin Superstore was wonderful to work with! Our salesman Matt Miller was honest, fair, and did his job with integrity as far as we could tell. We purchased a used F-150 on trade and were very pleased with our experience. Their perks such as the Like It or Leave It policy, included warranty, and free oil changes also set them apart from any other dealer we’ve seen. If we are ever in the market for another vehicle Fred Martin Superstore will be our go-to.
It’s was very helpful having a third person (Hunter) giving me updates on my vehicle.
