Trevor was an excellent sales consultant who helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. However, we were not satisfied with the cleaning of our Jeep when it was delivered to us; it still had road grime and dirt on it. Additionally, we spent about five hours there, which felt too long.

Everyone was so nice and helpful , from the front desk all the way to financing. Dealership was very clean and state of the art . We were even impressed with the detailers cleaning up our jeep before driving off with it. Amber was our sales rep and we loved her. She was very attentive and answered all our questions. A lot of miscommunication Was told we had a 8:45 appointment and would be 45 min to fix recall. Tried calling the service department 7 times on Sat and no one would answer phone. So made a trip down to pick up truck at 12:30 and it hadn’t even been started. Was told rudely that he was really busy and it would be ready by 5:00. So not so happy with Jimmy!!
awesome place !!! came for an oil change at speedy wash & lube, i had gone to take 5 before them but the vibe here at fred martin was much more professional, everyone was so polite & welcoming !!! my cap was on too tight & take 5 told me they couldn’t get it off so after that i went to this place, they popped the cap off & did great, will go here again, thank you !!! 🙂

Their oil change department was fast, friendly, and able to answer my questions. Even though it said that they were busier than usual online, I got there waited and was in and out and under 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Our salesman Tim was excellent, knowledgeable and greeted us at the door. Everyone else was welcoming. The purchasing experience was fine until we met the finance manager Bob Bashoor. We did not need to finance anything, so it was unnecessary to see him in the first place. We still had to see Bob, and he left multiple times to get other people to do things that should have been done and ensured completed by Bob before we got to him. Went to Speedy Wash and Lube. Oil change was quick, staff were friendly and professional. I told them at the beginning of I need a new airfilter to go ahead and change it I didn't need to see it. Easiest upsell of the week. They told me it was good to go and didn't need to be changed, greatly appreciate the honesty!
Wasn’t really sure that I wanted to get rid of previous truck. Trey went above and beyond finding me a great truck, and with terms I can live. Definitely made the process fast and as painless as possible. Thank to the staff that assisted with the deal.
