He is very customer focused, and doesn’t just care about selling a vehicle. He is very honest about everything and made sure to answer any questions I had in great detail and made sure we understood it all. He offers his help with anything even if it’s after hours. Unlike previous experiences I have had, he was quick but thorough and actually cares about the customers he is taking care of.     We drove 30 minutes to look at a Jeep that no one else had in an exact color. We found out we didn't like the Jeep as much as we hoped but we loved Jeremy! He was friendly but not pushy. He answered all of our questions. We liked him so much we continued to drive 30 minutes just to keep working with him. He understood exactly what we wanted in our Jeep and why. They didn't have the Jeep I wanted on the lot so he tracked it down! That's great customer service. We have a new Jeep and a new friend.     By far the best experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. My salesperson was Mike Trissel, he went over pros and cons with me of two vehicles I was between and worked hard to get me the deal that I wanted. Not only did he deliver what I was after, but they were able to beat the rate of my credit union and other dealerships I had looked at. Entire staff was friendly and would recommend anyone shopping for a ride to go see Mike.
