Contactless Service Appointments Are Now Available

Fred Martin Superstore has always been on the cutting edge when it comes to offering our customers the newest technology and upgrading our facility to keep our equipment and facility state-of-the-art.

Now more than ever, our customers are demanded contactless transactions, and the ability to pay online.  With recent updates to X-Time, the company we use to facilitate online Service appointment scheduling, we can now offer a fully “hands-off” experience to our customers.

Our customers can now:

  • Schedule an appointment online
  • Drop the vehicle off, or elect for us to pick it up*
  • Follow the progress of their appointment via text
  • Receive estimates via text, and approve or decline
  • Pay for their service in full upon completion

We also offer interior disinfectant upon request, and will arrange to get the keys to the customer without setting foot inside the Service Drive.  For more information, contact a Service Advisor at (330) 752-1240.
