June 2024 Events

June 21 @ 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm: Movie in the Park – Barbie Kick off the summer with a magical movie night under the stars. Join us at the Lake Anna Gazebo for a special screening of “Barbie.” This event is proudly sponsored by Barberton Tree Service. Bring your blankets, snacks, and your loved ones for a cozy and enchanting evening.

June 26 @ 11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Daytime Concert – Gerald Harris (Variety) Enjoy a midweek musical treat with Gerald Harris’s variety performance. This daytime concert, held at the Lake Anna Gazebo, is part of the summer series sponsored by the City of Barberton Parks and Recreation Department. Bring a chair or blanket, and enjoy the music. Concessions will be available on-site, with all donations supporting future concerts.

June 28 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: LaFlavour (Variety) Wrap up June with the lively tunes of LaFlavour. Head to the Lake Anna Gazebo for an evening of great music and community vibes. Don’t miss this chance to dance the night away!

July 2024 Events

July 5 @ 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm: Movie in the Park – Shrek The Halls Celebrate Independence Day weekend with a family-friendly movie night. “Shrek The Halls” will be shown at the Lake Anna Gazebo, sponsored by Skoops. Enjoy this hilarious and heartwarming film with your family and friends.

July 19 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Terry Lee Goffee (Johnny Cash Tribute) Experience the iconic sounds of Johnny Cash with Terry Lee Goffee’s tribute performance. Join us at the Lake Anna Gazebo for an unforgettable evening of classic country music.

July 24 @ 11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Daytime Concert – Rock and Roll with Celebration (50s, 60s, & 70s) Take a trip down memory lane with Celebration’s rock and roll hits from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. This daytime concert is part of the summer series sponsored by the City of Barberton Parks and Recreation Department. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy the nostalgic tunes.

July 26 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm: Shadow of a Doubt (Tom Petty Tribute) Join us for a day filled with music as Shadow of a Doubt pays tribute to the legendary Tom Petty. Enjoy the classic rock sounds and immerse yourself in the music at the Lake Anna Gazebo.

August 2024 Events

August 2, 2024 @ 6:30 pm – February 9, 2025 @ 8:30 am: OTR Kicks Off the School Year in Barberton Kick off the school year with an exciting event at the Lake Anna Gazebo. Join us for a night of fun activities and community spirit as we celebrate the start of a new academic year.

August 2 @ 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm: Summer Blast Off the Record Band Enjoy an outdoor movie night featuring “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Mayhem,” sponsored by East of Chicago Pizza. Free pizza will be available while supplies last. Bring your family and friends for a memorable night under the stars.

August 9 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Out of Eden (Eagles Tribute) Relive the timeless music of the Eagles with Out of Eden. Join us at the Lake Anna Gazebo for an evening of classic rock hits.

August 16 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm: Jersey (Bruce Springsteen Tribute) Celebrate the sounds of Bruce Springsteen with Jersey’s tribute performance. Head to the Lake Anna Gazebo for a rockin’ good time.

August 23 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: The Murfies Law Band (Classic Rock) Wrap up the summer with The Murfies Law Band’s classic rock performance. Join us at the Lake Anna Gazebo for a night of great music and community fun.

August 28 @ 11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Daytime Concert Enjoy the final daytime concert of the summer series at the Lake Anna Gazebo. Sponsored by the City of Barberton Parks and Recreation Department, this event promises delightful music and a wonderful community atmosphere.

Notes: No chairs placed in the park before 6:00 a.m. day of the concert.  

In case of inclement weather, please call 330-848-6784 after 4:00 p.m. the day of the concert.
