The Wagoneer comes with a 5.7-liter V8 engine, which works with a 48-volt eTorque hybrid system, where you’ll also find variable camshaft timing and cylinder deactivation. This engine is able to crank out 404 pound-feet of torque and 392 horsepower. The eTorque system is especially important given that it includes deceleration fuel shutoff, no-delay start/stop, and E-motor Assist. Another huge win for the Wagoneer is the standard eight-speed automatic transmission that you’ll be getting, too!
