Utilizing a motor-generator and 48-volt battery pack to boost torque when the situation calls for it and improve fuel economy. A 5.7-liter V8 engine, creating 395 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque, is also offered, with or without the eTorque technology. The final engine offered is new for the 2020 model year. This 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 delivers up to 260 horsepower and 480 pound-feet of torque.All engines are available for all trim levels and come mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. RWD is standard but 4WD is offered.
2020 Chevrolet Silverado Power & Handling
There are so many engines offered for the 2020 Chevrolet, it can quickly get overwhelming. RWD is the standard drivetrain configuration but four-wheel-drive is offered for every engine.
