2020 Jeep Wrangler Has Arrived
The ultimate off-road vehicle gets even better in 2020! While the 2019 Jeep Wrangler was impressive with its off-road chops and terrific off-road manners, the 2020 iteration of Jeeps epic rock crawler makes changes to its powertrain system with the addition of a V-6 eTorque model which is the same 48-volt hybrid system that you would find of the RAM 1500. This new engine will improve fuel economy and supplements the gas engine in places where the engine isn’t making enough torque. This engine will be available for the Sahara trim of the 2020 Wrangler Unlimited and will be available with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The 2020 Jeep Wrangler will also see the arrival of a diesel engine which will likely be a 3.0-liter turbocharged unit that is apart of the RAM 1500. A plug-in model is also expected to follow the diesel model.
The 2020 Jeep Wrangler is expected to have all the features and options that fans have come to know and love. The Sport S trim comes with a Black and Tan package and is available with both a two-door and Unlimited four-door model. It will also add a Sunrider soft top, Heritage Tan cloth seats, and Wizard Black on the instrument panel. The Sport S also provides you with a Technology group that comes with a seven-inch Uconnect system as well as dual-zone climate control, side steps, and 17-inch Machined Granite Crystal wheels with all-terrain tires. An LED Lighting Group is available as is an 8.4-inch Uconnect navigation and a Premium Audio Group. The Advanced Safety Group also gets an upgrade with the addition of automatic high beams. The 2020 Sport and Rubicon trims will come with a 2.0-liter engine with stop-start technology which will help fuel economy. Optional on both trims will be a 3.6-liter V6 with the same engine stop/start technology and a six-speed manual transmission. Also included will be an additional Sarge Green exterior color choice and a Heritage Tan interior color on the Black and Tan Model.
