What engines are there to choose from?
Jeep offers four engine options for the 2020 Grand Cherokee. Lower trim levels come with a 3.6-liter V6 with 295 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque with the choice of a 5.7-liter V8 with 360 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque. The high-performance SRT has a 6.4-liter V8 with 475 horsepower which blasts to 60 mph in 4.8 seconds, and the Trackhawk comes with a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine with 707 horsepower that blazes to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds. Going with the V6 engines gets you the option of either rear-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive, while all V8s come with four-wheel-drive as the standard. The Grand Cherokee comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission and can tow up to 7,400 pounds.
