Worst car buying experience ever. They sold me a crappy car with stuff that was broken and never told me about those things. And then nobody would take responsibility for that. They kept giving me the run around. And Brett Smith was the worst. His attitude was dismissive at best and condescending at worst. They could have made me a happy customer if they would have just spent about another $200 to fix one thing. If I convince just one person to not buy a car there (which I already have), they will lose a lot more than $200.

I have an extended warranty an they Never use it. They break parts and charge you to fix it.
David was very professional, answered all of my questions. Price quoted upfront was the final sale price.
Easy friendly service. Staff is supportive , dealership is clean and service members are knowledgeable in their respective areas.
Extremely long wait time (3+ hours) to get into F&I to sign the paperwork. Had to come back at a later date to pick up the vehicle. Salesman failed to advise a Ram recommended part was not included with this brand new $80,000 truck. When I talked to the sales manager he told me I should have done more research. I was also told I had a 10 year 100k warranty on this vehicle only to later find out that is not the case for diesel's.
Sales and service work hand and hand to earn and retain your business. Two company cars and two personal vehicles over a decade is a testimony in itself, but having residence an hour away from Fred Martin Superstore speaks earned loyalty.
Worked with Brian and then Joey who were both helpful. Nick however was another story. The manager’s tone was dismissive, and his approach came across as condescending, particularly when discussing my questions about the vehicle. As a woman making a significant purchase, I expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy, regardless of assumptions. This experience did not reflect those standards. Do better Nick.

I will never buy a car from Fred Martin ever again. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and buying from them was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had. They sold me a car with defects and then didn’t offer any kind of help in repairing them. The stupid part is that they could have easily had a happy customer by doing something easy and inexpensive. Chris sold me a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee last Nov. I bought it for my wife and she loves it. 10/10 I'm not comfortable with high pressure sales tactics at dealerships and have had a couple bad experiences at Fred Martin in the past. Chris was a gentleman and helped me navigate the process of buying a vehicle. I have a lease up in Nov. And I look forward to seeing him this fall for my next purchase.

I purchased a new Durango at Fred martin late 2025. This is the first time I’ve used their oil change service across the street from the dealership. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with their professionalism, from the advisor to the techs. Especially appreciated how you could watch on a monitor the person draining the oil and installing a new filter and torquing the drain bolt. My experience with Fred Martin service department has always been very personable, with an exemplary level of service. I very much appreciate the personally assigned service advisors and am impressed with the newer vehicle evaluation and quote formats (technician videos and pictures provided), along with the extensive final repair report that is included with the invoice. Overall level of customer service and repair is 5 star!
Got my truck towed in Wednesday had a flat tire no spare they were able to plug the tire and I got my truck back this afternoon. Everything was good except for when I went to get into my truck to leave they parked another vehicle so close I couldn’t open my door. I had to get in on the passenger side.
I leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited twice from this dealership and have always had a great experience. I love the car and the features.

I give this dealership a 100/10 for customer service and satisfaction. I didn’t even buy my most recent vehicle from here, but they still didn’t disappoint. I had good experience with my out of state purchase. It's always nerve racking buying remotely but the price was very fair, Kelli sent me the picture I requested immediately, Todd was on top of my shipping and Heidi was above and beyond for my title and registration with many email exchanges and responses.

I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience at Fred Martin Superstore, and it's high time someone called out their abysmal customer service and questionable business ethics. Two years ago, I purchased a vehicle from them that turned out to be a rolling disaster - riddled with major safety issues that I had to fix immediately out of my own pocket just to make it roadworthy. Fred Martin superstore is a good car dealership. I went to a Jeep dealership first and the manager there told me I was looking in to getting the wrong car when I did not agree with there price. Fred Martin helped me achieve my dream by getting me in a vehicle I truly wanted. Andrew Gradwohl was my sales man and he was wonderful I highly recommend working with him.
